Tapuwae Roa is pleased to present our Pūrongo-a-tau mō te tau 2022-2023.

Our 2023 financial year has been one of dynamic change. We have seen our Trust put to rest its long-held name, Te Pūtea Whakatupu, and move to a new taumata as Tapuwae Roa. With this change also came the conclusion of our five-year strategy, Te Rautaki, and thus we ushered in a new one that better reflects the evolving landscape in which we operate.

The following report outlines the key developments this year, enriched by positive mahi in a reflection of the path we forge and ripples we leave behind as a trust. This path, highly aspirational and challenging, focuses on how we fund, invest, distribute and advocate to deliver against our emboldened theory of change.

Our legislative requirements are our minimum standards and we will ensure that we continue to be good kaitiaki of the Trust’s assets. However, our focus remains on impactful design, strong delivery, and building trusted partnerships throughout the motu.
