Led by rangatahi, Heremaia Pirini (Ngāpuhi-nui-tonu), Boys to Men provides a South-Auckland based mentoring program that holistically supports rangatahi Māori.

The program empowers participants to remove personal barriers preventing them from thriving and ignites them with a sense of purpose to serve and lead in their communities. The programme has been running for five years and aims to reduce the alarming number of youth suicides among young Māori men.
